typography tuesday: movie posters

some movie posters can really draw our eyes when they’ve got excellent typography, regardless of just how good those movies really turn out to be. i will admit i have a bad habit at movie theaters and during movie credits enough as it is—i tend to spot and name the fonts i have, use, or know. it’s random trivia when hanging out with a bunch of non-designers, of course, but it still happens.
